Alena Kurdyukova (Teknalen) (b. 2005, Moscow) is a surrealist artist working in the field of dark arthouse, expression and experiment. Lives and works in Moscow.

She gravitates towards textured, tactile materials: acrylics, oil pastels, dry graphics, acrylic markers. The central theme is a dark, profound aesthetic with an aftertaste of Russian melancholy and northern character. Her surrealism is built on attentive, at times harsh observation of human nature and social narratives. Key projects include the «Russian Longing» series of polymer clay art objects and the graphic collection «Paper Abstraction». Alongside, she creates paintings, jewellery, digital animations and videos, and holds workshops at the intersection of art and psychology.

Her works are held in private collections in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other cities across Russia. The artist is currently focused on building her exhibition fund. Achievements include first and laureate places in art competitions, including the drawing competition of the Victory Museum (Moscow).
